Thank you to everyone who came out for Zumba for a cause. Its because of you we are able to make a difference. It was an hour and half of Zumba and everyone had a blast. Lots of smiles and new friends all the way around. It was a great night. Thank you again.

Full throttle Fall

Well... I have been so lucky to have the friends and family that I have. Glenda my dear friend just turned a young 72. She, my niece and a few friends took a nice day trip and went to Philly to Eastern State Penn for "Terror Behind the Walls"  I am in aww and amazement at the zest for life Glenda has. WHO goes to such things at her age? She and I were the 1st ones through in our group. With an eeeeeeee!!! and a couple of Ahhhhhhhs! she made it through with flying colors.  Did I mention she is a 14 year cancer surviver? She is active in many classes one of which is my Zumba class. 
I hope I have a fire in my eyes like she has as I grow older in this ever changing world.
My hats off to you Glen!  You are an amazing woman.  Much love.

This month is also on the crazy side. I dunno about you... But me....Between classes, outings with friends and the upcoming Halloween festivites I just want to curl up in front of my fireplace and wake up when its over. lol
I can't seem to keep up. Its insane!  

However have you ever noticed how Fall has a certain smell? The leaves are changing, the air brisk and the excitement of it all?
Me personally I do not like the cold. But I cannot see me living without all four seasons. There is something special about each and every one.

From mini vacations to concerts I had a blast with friends and family.

I also had the pleasure of being a part of Jerseylicious. What a great experience.
Season 2 premier was last night. (Yes I was the only one in the beach scene with my
trusty bandie~dandie on) 
Yes I do like to stand out in a crowd! ha ha but I think we all know that by now.

I have no idea how much or how little I will been seen. But I can tell you the show is
full of drama. You never know what your going to see. 
So check it out. It is on Sunday nights at 8 on the style network.

On another note. Will anyone be going to the Far Hills Steeple chase  (Race meeting) this year?
I love the excitement of that day. I love seeing the race. I love seeing so many people 
enjoying themselves. I can't wait. 

Fall is such a great time of year. From the changes in the trees to pumpkin picking and the cool crisp air  coming in and you get to wear all the great fall fashions of the season. Oh this is like an early Christmas for me. 

I hope you all are able to enjoy it as much as I do.

Hello everyone!!
Well I am happy to say that yes.... I am lucky enough to get a wee little recurring part in the reality show "Jerseylicious" I have no idea how much I will be on. And I cannot tell you anything about what we are shooting. You will just have to wait until around labor day when the 2nd season begins. I can tell you I feel very lucky to have this opportunity. 
The show runs on the style network. So keep your eyes out for the up coming previews for season 2.

On Saturday June 5th Berkeley Heights will have their annual Relay for Life.
Please donate or come out and support everyone who is working hard to find an end to such a horrible disease.
Cheri & I will be doing Zumba demos with the teams to help keep them awake. And help cheer them on.
Please support this cause to help the many people who struggle daily with the horrible effects of cancer. And help remember those who sadly lost their battle to this awful disease.

What a wonderful week!

I just came home from an amazing week in Cancun. What a great way to wind down after the holidays and get ready for the new year. I was lucky enough to teach some Zumba while I was there and let me tell you...What a great feeling to see so many people have a fabulous time "working out"  and totally enjoy themselves.  And for all those men who tried it. Kudos to you!!  I certainly hope everyone went away from that and will continue doing Zumba when they are back home.
Here's to another fabulous year!

Things have been crazy busy but in a good way.

My brother is out visiting me and he wanted to workout today soooooo..

we worked out. ha ha Now he says I am evil and he is numb.

Ahhhh yesss what a great day today is.

Anyway I do hope everyone has a safe~happy and healthy New Year.

OK ok... Sorry I have been busy.

I have done so much since I last wrote.
Had an amazing time at the christmas Bash in Spring Lakes. But then again I always do. :-)
Had an amazing time in The Bahamas (as always)
And have been doing a milliuon classes.
I am happy to say I will be off to Cancun the 1st week in January. YAHOOOOOOO!!!
This next year brings so many new oportunities. I am very excited about that. (So stay tuned)
I hope EVERYONE has a fabulous holiday season.

Steeplechase

We had an amazing time on Saturday. Yes is was C-C-C-COLD.
But at least the rain did stop.
It was so great to be with friends and family.
We of course, all got quite muddy but thats all a part of the fun.
(I do not think my truck will ever be the same again) lol
We are already looking forward to next year.
