Zumba!

Ah... tonight class was great.

This is one of my favorite classes to teach.

The girls just have a way of keeping things exciting.

Anyway tonight was part 2 of a competition between the a.m. class

and the p.m. class to come up with choreography for a song I picked out.

Both classes did amazing and all of their hard work paid off.

Here is a pic taken after it was over.

Yes. They brought me to my knees. lol

I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard.

Metropolitan museum of art

This weekend I had the pleasure of going to the MMOA.

What a great place to go and see some amazing things.

I never thought I would enjoy this as much as much as I did.

I highly recommend if you get to NY to try and get there.
This picture was taken as we cut across central part heading to the MMOA

Revlon Run/Walk

On Saturday May 2nd, I am participating in the 12th Annual EIF Revlon Run/Walk For Women in New York City.

Please join me as I walk side by side with 40,000 people dedicated to the fight against women's cancers.

You can register at www.revlonrunwalk.com/ny.

If you can't make it on event day, as an event participant, I am also helping raise money by collecting pledges and donations.

This 5K event was a huge success last year and this year I am striving to be one of the top fundraisers. I could really use your help. To make a tax deductible pledge, simply click on the link below to go to my personal page and make a donation. Thank you for your time and consideration.

If you cannot click on the link to bring up My Donation Page, copy & paste the entire link into the Address Space (URL) of your web browser.

My Brother

Here is a little shout out to my brother who has been taking his cycling to higher levels. Hats off to you! I am so proud of your accomplishments.

Punk Rope

Well my friend Cheri and I finally got certified in "Punk Rope"

What is punk rope? Well it is a cross between recess & boot camp. Tim Haft (The creator of punk rope) and Shana were wonderful teachers and have amazing energy. They bring so much creativity to teaching.

If you ever have the chance I would recommend trying a class.
I can guarantee it will be like nothing you have ever tried before.
