Get crunching & get a head start for the summer!

OK I keep hearing how everyone is bored of regular crunches. Well here is a slight modification you just might enjoy.

Grab your weights!
Lay down on the floor or mat, whatever. Knees are bend and feet are flat on the floor.
Grab you dumbells and raise them directly over your shoulders. (arms are straight up)

Exhale and begin your crunch. At the top of your crunch hold for 5-8 seconds return to first position and repeat.

  1. OMG this sounds so fun! It'll be almost as good as if someone hit me in the head with a hammer every time I reached the up position.
